you can never really tell, but look to see if the profile has many friends, on some celeb profiles, you will find that the celeb only has two or three friends, 'fake' and if the profile has thousands of friends, then they will most probably be real. You can also look at the photographs of the celebs and i can tell most of the time from them if the celeb is real or not, and check the age and location that the celeb claims to be, sometimes the sad person behind this will get the information correct, sometimes they wont, just try and look for authenticy
