Myspace celebrity profiles. How can you tell if they are real? And why do people believe the fakes?!

OK so i know that there are a lot of fakes out there and people believe them which I do not understand! But there are these websites and myspace profiles that claim they have the REAL celebrity mypaces. They claim these are 100% for real.

FOR EXAMPLE: George Clooney. He's like one of the biggest stars there is. Why in world would he be sitting at a computer myspacing?!?! i mean come on!!!! I don't want to believe it because it is absurd to think it is really him. So i got his profile from one of those "these are the real stars profiles" pages. I still don't think they really are. Now i know some celebs do have official profiles that are real. The real ones are however usually connected to something official of theirs. Like a movie they did or a band they are in.

sometimes, celebrities will put their name and then "Official Myspace". and sometimes you can just tell if its fake or not by the way it looks. if its messy then its most likely fake. and look at how many friends they have. if they have an enormous amount [ like over 500,000 ] then its most likely the official one. and ppl make fake ones bcuz they have absolutely no lives.

i know! same here! well you know the group b5 right? well on myspace someone was imposing to be patrick!the whole time it wasnt him!he even said it for himself! that it wasnt him! he said that he doesnt even have a myspace but he is in the making of one.... i feel so bad for the people who actually thought it was him...so for the people who friended this imposter un friend them because its not really him!
