First thing you do is change your login. Then go to the login page and to contact myspace, choose "reporting abuse" as subject and "imposter profile" as subtopic. Myspace will handle it from there. Don't worry about it once you have turned it in. Myspace is hard on those who do these things!

Underneath the pictures, there should be a button that says something along the lines of "report for abuse." Click this and send customer service as much information as you can, profile's url, etc... if you can post a salute on your profile ( a picture of you holding a piece of paper with your myspace url on it) it will be easier to prove you are the real owner of the photos and easier for you to get the fake removed!
