The main answer to this I would say is no. Why? because there is a large question of ethics and the reason for stating or claiming such a thing. It is reasonable to accept that it may be humorous but does not mean that (should you ever want to) use the page for any legal purpose. Today we have ways and means to discover true biological parentage. If it's just for fun or you have a baby who may one day wish to believe that this person is their real daddy because it's on my space I can only say good luck.

People pretending to be older, younger, males pretending to be female, females pretending to be males. old men pretending to be teen-agers, etc. So what could one more fake profile hurt? Who do you thing are going to do anything, the myspace police? They need to start with the child molesters before they worry about your baby's daddy.

no and yes. if you make a myspace pretending to be the babys daddy to show it in court or something, you could get in MAJOR trouble. you could go to jail! but if its a joke with some of your friends or something, its all good. if you dont want to go through the hassle of having to delete this myspace, then just have some of your friends that have myspaces to report you to tom. he will then delete your profile.
