Myspace roleplaying?

okay so theres this person on myspace named whitney, and my friend and i found another myspace with her pictures, but her name as summer. we messaged her explaining to her how totally retarded it was that she made a fake myspace of someone she doesnt know? but she replied back saying its a roleplaying page. does anyone know what a role playing page is? :D

First off, role-playing is sorta like a play almost...but you get to control what you want your own character to do. In this case, "Summer" is Whitney's character. You can go to the link below for more information about it.

Anyway, basically, I think how it works is that someone starts off with something like this:

Person 1 Says: *I am walking in the woods at night, whistling my favourite song...*

Person 2 Says: A lady with cascading golden locks of hair gracefully glides silently under the moonlight, hearing some unidentified tune from a nearby stranger. She creeps up slowly towards the source of the sound...

Well, maybe not exactly like that, but sorta like that. Person 1 starts off by leaving that kind of comment on someone's page, then Person 2 replies to that comment with another.

This sounded better in my head haha. Hope that helped though.

But role playing pages on MySpace are pretty common -- your friend isn't the only one that does it. XD

no no no role playing in "RP" and on myspace i'm a roleplayer and i almost have 900 friends anyway Rping is like your being someone else like example on myspace me i'm Miyazaki Karoshi and stuff and there are plenty of people who role play on websites and stuff
