Jericho MySpace Page A Fake?

What was believed to have been Chris Jericho's MySpace page is actually a phoney. On September 3rd, Jericho wrote the following on his official website: "Remember that I am NOT on Myspace. There are many pages claiming to be mine but they are all lying." Jericho used to have a MySpace page at the URL specified (myspace.com/therockofjericho), but apparently he deleted the account sometime back. An anonymous person then re-registered the account and is passing himself off as Chris Jericho on the MySpace page. The headline on the fake page reads, "I'm coming back!!"

Sorry if you have already heard this, i haven't seen anyone post it before, what are your thoughts on this?

What I don't quite understand is that on that MySpace page, the display picture is Jericho holding a sign saying that it's his MySpace, which is what all the legit WWE Superstars do on MySpace, how can a fake get ahold of that picture?

Did he take it from Jericho's MySpace page when he USED to have one, if he did?

Yes, Jericho even said himself. He doesn't have a myspace account and all myspace acounts with his name are fakes.
