is there anyway to figure out if someone is using your pictures on their fake myspace? or anywhere else on the web?
Fake myspaces?
Unfortunately, no. You can look or search for the name of your picture, but other than that there is no way to tell if someone is using your picture or not. The best way to protect your pictures is to integral them to the webpage so that they can't be copied, or protect them with a non-copying format, or software piece. I put a 'watermark' across all my images stating their origin and copyright, and removing these from high-definition pictures is tricky as it would make the picture look blotchy etc unless you're a pro with photoshop.
