Is it wrong to make a fake MySpace profile to get back at someone?

I have a 18-month-old son. His father has never seen him, and refuses to akcnowledge him as his son.

Recently I have noticed that he appears to be carving out a career in the black urban music industry as what I would call a "groupie" to one of the popular groups...he's now working, flying around on holiday....while i'm stuck going to university looking after our son and paying the bills. He so far has declined to pay child support and although he denies my child is his, he has refused to take a DNA test so I can prove he IS the father once and for all...he doesn't have a MySpace but all his friends do...would it be wrong for me to open up one with all his pictures and information letting them all no what a failure of a man he is?

do it, but make sure that you also sign up using fake email address. Sign up for an email account using a fake name, etc. Myspace requires that you have a valid email, but make sure that it can't be traced back to you.

p.s. what an a** he is! Can't you get a court-mandated paternity test??

well it is wrong if you steal someone elses pic without asking them but if they give you permission then i guess it wouldnt be
