I made a fake myspace profile. I was not talking to under 18 year olds or anything like that. I deleted the fake profile and everything that went with it. I did no harm to anyone. The profile was made under a fake email and fake name. THe crazy girl who caught me is saying it can be traced back to me and I am going to jail. Can they really trace it back to me?

No my friend, they cannot. They may be able to trace you back to your email address, but that would be MySpace who would do that, not her, she doesn't have the right.

No. You need a really high tech computer to do that. Plus everything was fake! (Right?) Like a police computer or a FBI computer to do that. Not to mention people make fake profiles all the time. You'll be fine

No people do that all the time and its not just on myspace, it isnt a federal offense, assuming you didnt do anything wrong with it.
